For expectant and new mothers, we also offer prenatal and postnatal yoga programs, designed to support the unique physical needs of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Our prenatal yoga classes are specifically tailored to help expectant mothers stay active and healthy throughout their pregnancy, while also providing a range of benefits such as stress reduction, improved sleep, and increased flexibility and strength. Our experienced instructor provide a safe and supportive environment for pregnant women to practice yoga and connect with other expectant mothers.

In addition to our group classes, we also offer private yoga sessions for individuals and small groups, designed to provide personalized attention and support.
