Welcome to our prenatal yoga program! We offer a comprehensive approach to support expectant mothers on their journey towards a healthy and empowered pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga classes combine the benefits of gentle physical exercise, relaxation techniques, and specialized guidance to address the unique needs of pregnant women.

  • Prenatal yoga provides a multitude of benefits for both the body and mind during pregnancy. Through gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, prenatal yoga enhances flexibility, strengthens the body, and improves overall physical wellness.

    Our classes incorporate specific yoga poses and movements that are safe and suitable for pregnancy. We focus on improving posture, relieving common discomforts, and promoting optimal alignment.

    In our prenatal yoga program, we work closely with experienced pelvic floor therapists who specialize in addressing pelvic floor health during pregnancy. This collaboration ensures that our prenatal yoga classes are designed to support the pelvic floor muscles, which play a crucial role in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. The integration of pelvic floor awareness and exercises within our yoga practice can help improve pelvic floor strength, flexibility, and function.

We are dedicated to empowering individuals like you to achieve optimal well-being and live a healthy, balanced life. Our mission is to support and coach you on your wellness journey utilizing evidence-based strategies and personalized goals.

  • After a 30 minute consultation call, you will have the option to participate in a one on one coaching or group coaching program. There will be a holistic experience as we come together in a safe space to breaking down limiting beliefs, fear, insecurities, and stress. You will walk away with frameworks you can use over and over to find your strengths, security, define your health journey and guide to self discovery.

    The group sessions is a safe space for self development, discovery, reflection, and community of like-minded individuals who care about their mind, body, and spirit.
